Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of timely, innovative, and evidence-based communications and engagement strategies, plans, content, and activities.
- Develop and implement targeted communication and engagement plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage internal and external communications and engagement channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Utilize reporting metrics to review the impact of communication and engagement approaches, identifying areas of overlap and key gaps to refine and improve plans/strategies.
- Produce high-quality content for communication channels and platforms, including the organization's website, Ministerial and Executive Briefings, event materials, and social media.
- Coordinate delivery across the division, capturing feedback, measuring effectiveness of activities and strategies, and identifying associated risks and trends.
- A tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, Journalism, or Public Relations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communications is essential.
- Demonstrated passion and skill in communicating in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous government experience is highly valued.
