About this role :

We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to support diverse initiatives in a dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong focus on enhancing customer experience and streamlining internal communications.

This is an ongoing temporary position, offering you the chance to make a significant impact, especially during crucial peak trading periods.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Store Marketing & Customer Experience :

Provide vital support for all store-facing marketing initiatives, including development and implementation of captivating store signage and engaging audio experiences.

Contribute to various exciting projects designed to elevate the in-store environment, particularly in the lead-up to our busiest festive season.Act as key support contact for dedicated store teams, assisting them in successful development and delivery of their own store-related projects.Business Communications & Stakeholder Support :

Collaborate with internal departments, offer comprehensive support for design requests from initial briefing and concept development through to successful rollout.

Take ownership of implementation and scheduling of critical internal communications across various platforms, including company-wide emails and digital display screens.Assist wider marketing team and other departmental partners with diverse ad-hoc tasks as required.Finance & Administration Support :

Maintain meticulous organisation and filing systems.

Accurately perform data entry tasks.Conduct ad-hoc research to support team objectives.Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

What We're Looking For :

Essential : Previous experience in a retail environment. You understand unique dynamics of store operations and customer engagement within a retail setting.2-3 years of proven experience in a Marketing or Marketing-related role.Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.A keen eye for detail and strong numerical accuracy.A collaborative team player who is proactive and demonstrates strong initiative.

Benefits :

This role offers attractive hourly rate of $45 per hour + Superannuation.
