Key Role in Delivering Quality Care

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of quality care services, ensuring our team's competency and governance meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care, with expertise in coaching, training, and quality improvement. They will be able to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to address these gaps, and coach the leadership team to drive sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  2. Provide coaching and training to staff on best practices and compliance requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate records of quality indicators and audits.
  4. Maintain currency of Commission Entry Questions and ensure team readiness.
  5. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) are desirable.
  • Proven experience in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
