Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing peer support and on the job direction to less experienced members of the team.

You will actively build cross-Practice and cross-Function collaboration across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. You will facilitate communication, partnerships and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers.

You will implement processes that improve our effectiveness and drive customer outcomes. You will assist with the maintenance and updating of the Customer Operations Manual that details all policies and procedures pertaining to the Customer Operations team.

You will keep the sales database up to date with relevant information and interactions. You will provide support to internal stakeholders with sales transactions, including quote preparation, ordering, fulfilling and invoicing orders.

You will address customer issues promptly and accurately. You will drive new and renewal business by proactively preparing relevant information regarding opportunities.

About This Role
  • This is an ideal opportunity for a tertiary qualified professional in Information Technology or a similar field who has a passion for sales operations.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience gained from working in sales operations, ideally gained from the cyber security, technology or professional services industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to process and manage new business, renewals, alterations and cancellations to high standards of customer service.
  • They will also have experience providing administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other sales-related documents.
