Leadership Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth of our Australian operations. The Regional Director will be responsible for leading and managing regional consulting operations, focusing on data center design, engineering, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage regional consulting operations in Australia, with a focus on data center design, engineering, and commissioning.
  • Develop and implement a business strategy for the Australian market, including client acquisition and partnerships.
  • Cultivate relationships within the data center industry to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client expectations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants and engineers.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in service delivery and technical excellence.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in data center consulting, engineering, or project management.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong network within the Australian data center ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of data center systems (power, cooling, connectivity) and commissioning processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a regional business unit.
