
Data Center Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our data centers. This involves leading a team of professionals who manage mechanical and electrical systems to provide high-quality IT services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of experts in mechanical, electrical, and control systems to support our online services.
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in our data centers.
- Maximize Critical Environment (CE) availability to achieve operational efficiency.
- Reduce significant CE incidents by implementing effective measures.
- Implement energy-efficient initiatives to minimize costs.
- Maintain accurate reporting to monitor Power, Temperature, Relative Humidity, and SLA performance.
- Foster strong working relationships with engineering groups and business partners.
- Collaborate with regional and global peers to share best practices across our data center portfolio.
Required Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 2+ years of experience in managing critical services. Relevant skills include providing IT services, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, military, or physical operations management in an IT and/or critical environment infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in critical environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU) and 5+ years of experience working in physical IT infrastructures (e.g., Servers, SANs, Networking, Capacity, Data Center Rack/Enclosures, structured cabling). Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is also preferred. Additional certifications include ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, CCNA, ITIL v3 Foundation, Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF), Leadership Development, PMP, CDCP, and technical certification in mechanical or electrical engineering and/or services.
