Role Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with Anton Murray Consulting, a leading financial services recruitment consulting firm, as an Executive on the Sydney recruitment team. The successful candidate will work in support of asset management, investment banking & wealth management clients across Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore & Hong Kong.

We are a leading financial services recruitment consulting firm, working with many of the largest Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Private Wealth Managers and Trading Firms in the APAC region. Our team has exceptional relationships at a senior level with the most prominent financial services clients across our four coverage locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Source and attract top talent for our clients across the APAC region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Sydney team
Requirements
- University educated, or close to completion
- Some prior understanding of financial markets and previous financial services work experience across our 3 coverage areas of Investment Banking, Asset Management and Wealth Management
- Strong sales, client services and business development skills
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with both clients & candidates
