Job Description

This role is situated on the Central Coast and involves working across a 24/7 rotating roster, covering hours between 6am and 8pm from Monday to Sunday. Your dedication will contribute to creating happy and inclusive communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting participants in daily living skills, transportation, social interactions, and medication routines
  • Maintaining precise records through online systems
  • Fostering respectful relationships with participants, families, carers, and community stakeholders
  • Completing risk assessments, support plans, and documentation in a timely and culturally appropriate manner
Requirements
  • A certificate-level qualification in Mental Health or Community Services, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in mental health and/or community settings, with an understanding of NDIS and block-funded programs
  • Knowledge of Aboriginal cultural protocols, community dynamics, and trauma-informed practice
  • Basic digital literacy (Microsoft Office and other systems)
