Cafe And Wellness Officer

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to assist in the provision of catering services and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of catering and dining areas.

Your Key Tasks May Include:

  • Monitoring supplies and consumables, reordering as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicating with clients with varied needs and backgrounds, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene of food service areas and equipment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Insight into health, social, or aged care services industries, with a strong understanding of relevant principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, retail, or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborative teamwork and decision-making abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and achieving team goals.
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and risk management practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certification Requirements:

You will be required to hold:

  • A Certificate 2 in Hospitality, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
  • A current First Aid certificate, ensuring you can respond effectively in emergency situations.
