As a key member of our rostering team, you will be responsible for creating well-planned and optimised rosters for clinicians within the healthcare sector.

The Opportunity

This role involves creating rosters for allied health services in residential aged care facilities and the community. You will also be required to arrange initial assessments with new consumers after referrals, confirming consumer details, funding, and initial service dates.

  • Creating schedules for allied health professionals in residential settings and the community.
  • Organising ongoing appointments based on clinician recommendations and client approval.
  • Supporting workforce review and assessment, raising job requisitions when needed.
  • Analysing clinician availability and offering commentary on workforce resourcing.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, task prioritisation, and meeting deadlines. Previous experience in rostering and administration is highly valued.

You will also require NDIS worker screening, national police clearance, and evidence of your right to work.
