Job Opportunity

The Architect and Engineering program is a critical component of our business. As an A&E Manager, you will drive awareness and stimulate demand for our products and solutions within the consultant and specifier community in Oceania.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to professional consultants, architects, and engineers, creating new business opportunities and delivering training to ensure they get the full value of our solutions.

Your role will involve driving and executing the overall strategy of the Axis A&E program in Oceania, including building the A&E network. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales team and work closely with our APAC and HQ teams to align the A&E program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise between buscojobs and the A&E community.
  • Cultivate and manage business relationships aligned with the A&E Program and Oceania strategy.
  • Support consultants by advising on specifications around our network video and audio products, including cyber security and sustainability.
  • Educate the consultant community on industry challenges and position us as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Educate specifiers on the smart use of our design tools, ensuring system design accuracy and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Align the A&E program with regional sales activities and build a project pipeline through product specification into new projects.
  • Collaborate with peers from sales regions worldwide to develop and use best practices.
Requirements and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the physical electronic security industry.
  • Experience working with indirect sales, preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industry.
  • Able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT exposure in networking, Understanding of Cyber, IP-based technologies and applications with sound knowledge of network infrastructure is an advantage.
