Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and compassionate Cleaning Professional to join our team at one of our residential aged care homes. As a member of our Cleaning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by maintaining a clean and presentable living environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality cleaning services for our residents, including their rooms and common areas. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve a high standard of cleanliness and presentation, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with peers to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is highly desirable.
