Our residential aged care home seeks a dedicated and caring individual to provide high-quality cleaning services for our residents.
As a member of our Cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring resident rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms.
- Support your peers and foster a cooperative team spirit.
- Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A compassionate heart and genuine passion for providing excellent care to the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience working as a cleaner is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
- A reliable team player.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
