About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will provide operational support for our community-based teams, working across multiple sites in Logan, Beaudesert, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

This role will involve a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing administrative support to community-based teams

  • Assisting with events planning and hosting

  • Engaging with residents as a point of contact for feedback and queries

  • Conducting inductions for new residents entering the community

  • Supporting leave coverage for Assistant Community Managers and Reception team members

  • Collaborating with the Area Manager on special projects

  • Taking charge of standardisation across the Lifestyle portfolio

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to community-based teams

  • Assisting with event planning and hosting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Great communication and customer service skills

  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Confidence in dealing with challenging conversations and problem-solving

  • A current driver's licence

  • Effective time management skills

  • A police check
