Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Manager to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Melbourne.

This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the lives of children, supporting their development in a lively and supportive atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure development and performance monitoring across the portfolio
  • Design innovative strategies to enhance quality of care, drive enrolment and manage financial performance
  • Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements
  • Support OSHC Coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs
Qualifications and Skills

Essential qualifications include a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent), proven Area Manager/senior leadership experience in the School Aged Care sector, and excellent communication skills.

Additional desirable qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and high emotional intelligence.
