AV Engineer Position

The role of AV Engineer is a dynamic opportunity to join our IT Operations team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of AV installations across multiple campuses.

About the Job
  • Select, procure and install high-quality AV systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with vendors, service providers and internal teams to deliver excellent AV solutions.
  • Evaluate venues to identify AV technology gaps and propose upgrades or enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including design drawings, technical configurations, installation manuals and user guides.
  • Manage the lifecycle and asset management of AV systems across campuses.
  • Provide hands-on support for AV-related incidents and requests.
  • Ensure all installations align with organisational standards, compliance and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end AV projects in large or complex environments. A combination of strong technical expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills is essential.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar AV engineering or AV technician role.
