We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate educator to join our team.

Ignite Early Learning Centres have been providing high-quality education and care services for over 20 years, with four centres located in Sydney boasting strong occupancy and a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and programming engaging learning experiences for children, as well as assisting in the observation management and daily room practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification, current First Aid and CPR training, and a Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check.

Additionally, you will require a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, The Early Years Learning Framework, and the ability to maintain a positive learning culture within the centre.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Planning and Programming
  • Assist in Observation management
  • Assist in overseeing daily room practices
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date
  • Provide support and motivation to the centre staff
  • Lead and develop a core group of educators

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an ECT or similar role
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check
  • Thorough working knowledge of Children's services regulation, The Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Framework
  • Passion and ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues
  • Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills
  • Child protection certificate (CHCPRTOOO1/2) or willing to obtain
