Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee knowledge management within the team and provide strategic guidance to Partners on live matters.
  • Collaborate with Partners to shape deal strategy and contribute to transaction execution where appropriate.
  • Serve as a confidential point of contact for Partners on live matters and offer practical advice on ongoing deals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years' experience in Corporate Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions, preferably from a leading practice.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to distill complex issues.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
  • A track record of delivering results in high-pressure, fast-moving deal environments.
