Catalogue and Data Expertise Specialist

As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product catalogues in SAP, guaranteeing all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
  • E nsure pricing and contract terms are correctly reflected and regularly updated to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Liaise with suppliers to onboard them via EDI, update pricing, and ensure compliance with procurement standards.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Analytics, and site teams to guarantee master data is accurate, usable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Lead efforts to rationalize catalogues, support data integrity initiatives, and manage new item setup processes.
  • Upload and validate the Department of Health (DoH) prescribed list, verify changes, and generate reports for internal review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with SAP Master Data and catalogue management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in healthcare, government, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
