About Us and the Role

We are a leading productivity partner for various industries. We are looking for a Planner to join our Operations team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Planning Lead, you will play a critical role in planning and coordinating workflow within our Service Centre while ensuring efficiency and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily rebuilds and parts sales requiring workshop builds.
- Schedule processes based on available resources and ensure parts availability for build dates.
- Maintain and manage workshop priorities and parts sale builds.
- Accurately record efficiency data and manage daily sales approvals for the Accounts team.
- Conduct operational analysis, including month-end reporting and parts availability reviews.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Prepare KPI, efficiency, and progress reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across branches.

**Requirements:**

- A structured approach to work duties
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets and data entry.
- Ability to develop rapport and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Task and detail focused, providing accuracy and high quality
- Ability to work at a highly productive pace
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
