Operational Workflow Coordinator Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operational Workflow Coordinator to oversee operational activities, coordinate workflow management, and ensure seamless execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic professional with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate communication with vendors/subcontractors, internal teams, field technicians, and clients;
  • Process and maintain documents related to workflow and record-keeping for the O&M department;
  • Manage contract administration, review, and maintain the contract management plan, highlighting relevant responsibilities to support business policies;
  • Support onboarding and mobilization of new personnel;
  • Coordinate procurement of equipment and fleet management;
  • Oversee travel arrangements, coordinate travel when required;
  • Maintain, organize, and update electronic records of all documentation;
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety rules and company policies;
About You

You will be responsible for:

  • Presenting information clearly and concisely;
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills in both written and oral formats;
  • Holding experience in Construction and/or Contracts administration;
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Exhibiting a strong work ethic, positive team attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships internally and externally;
  • Demonstrating independent thinking, initiative, and creativity;
  • Functioning successfully both independently and within a team;
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate workflow activities to achieve project goals;
  2. Develop and implement effective workflow strategies;
  3. Manage contract administration to ensure compliance;
  4. Support onboarding of new personnel and manage their workflow activities;
  5. Coordinate procurement of equipment and services;
  6. Oversee travel arrangements and manage travel logistics;
  7. Maintain accurate records of workflow activities and documentations;
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
