Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer/Engineering Geologist to join our team as the Western Australia Geosciences Lead.
The successful candidate will lead our geoscience efforts in Perth, managing and growing our team while maintaining an environment that fosters knowledge sharing and strong mentorship.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and lead a culture of zero harm and safety focus within the organization.
- Provide technical mentorship and stewardship to enhance team capability and broaden service offerings across the organization.
- Support project delivery through oversight, project management, and adherence to corporate standards.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in geotechnics and/or engineering geology, including in a consulting environment, supported by post-graduate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills, established customer/industry networks, demonstrated business development experience, and the ability to secure work related to relevant technical studies.
- Well-developed project management skills, including budget and schedule control, and sub-consultant management.
