Key Financial Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial strategy and operations, with the ability to drive business growth and achieve organisational objectives.

As a senior finance leader, you will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of financial plans, managing budgets and forecasting, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. You will also oversee financial analysis and modelling, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.

Additional responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, mentoring and developing staff, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organisation.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree in accounting or finance, or a combination of academic study and experience.
  • 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with GAAP expertise, grant management, and fund management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and directing a professional finance team.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Excel, QuickBooks, and more).
  • Nonprofit experience required, additional government experience desired but not required.
