About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience as an experienced and dedicated Sales Professional, with a genuine passion for sales and be results-driven. They will live in Melbourne's inner South-East and have a full driving licence. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing a sales and marketing plan, and reporting on market and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets
  • Maintain close relationships with major customers in the territory and understand their national relationship
  • Plan and implement sales campaigns, call plans, and sales budgets
  • Collect market data and provide feedback to support Product Management and Marketing Teams
  • Compile and conduct store and branch level training programs as required

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits including a vibrant, supportive, and collaborative culture, opportunities to travel interstate, and a varied role with no two days the same.
