Next Gen Health and Lifestyle Clubs is excited to announce the opening of a brand new, exclusive health club in Melbourne. We are currently seeking dedicated Food & Beverage Service Specialists to enhance our service offerings.

This position requires a candidate who is adaptable, resilient, enthusiastic, and energetic, as we operate throughout the week.

Availability Requirements

Applicants MUST be prepared to work on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting Food & Beverage staff and Back of House operations;
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the café area, including table clearing and event support;
  • Handling cash transactions;
  • Delivering exceptional customer service; and
  • Acting as a true ambassador for the Next Gen brand.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in various food & beverage roles;
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends;
  • A strong commitment to high-quality customer service;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Knowledge of work health and safety standards;
  • Experienced Barista;
  • Possession of a current RSA certificate.

Essential Skills

  • Highly organized and methodical approach;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Qualified Barista experience is essential;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Capability to build rapport with club members.
