Corporate M&A Lawyer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate M&A lawyer to fill this challenging and rewarding position.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, share sales, and business transfers.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents, such as share sale agreements, asset transfer agreements, and shareholder contracts.
  • Conduct and coordinate legal and due diligence processes, capital raising, and shareholders and governance matters.
  • Advise clients on corporate structuring, directors' duties, and compliance with the Corporations Act.

You will have autonomy over transactions, real career advancement opportunities in a growing organization, and the chance to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to mentoring and team development.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of post-admission experience in Corporate and M&A law.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of corporate law.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A deep understanding of the Corporations Act and ability to advise clients on compliance.
