Psychosocial Program Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled leader to oversee our Commonwealth Psychosocial Support program. The CPS Team Leader will guide a team of Recovery Workers to deliver high-quality psychosocial support to individuals living with severe mental health conditions who are ineligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
This role requires a strong leader who will ensure program compliance, monitor service delivery, and support recovery-focused approaches in a collaborative environment.
- Oversee program operations to meet funding guidelines and organisational policies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and risk management practices.
- Manage tailored, recovery-focused psychosocial support provided to clients, overseeing assessments, goal-setting, and individual recovery plans.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and operational leadership to a dedicated team of Recovery Workers, fostering a positive work culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community services, and external stakeholders, advocating for client needs.
