The Strategic Marketing Lead plays a critical role in shaping the brand's identity as a leader in sustainable, high-tech vertical farming. You'll lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms—driving innovation in how we engage the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across digital, print, and in-person channels to support customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Strengthen and steward the brand, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms and materials.
  • Lead and execute campaigns that highlight innovation, sustainability, and product excellence - including launches, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Create compelling, targeted content that educates, informs, and builds affinity among investors, partners, and customers.
  • Analyse marketing performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Manage external agency and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams - Sales, R&D, and Product Development - to align marketing with company milestones and innovations.
