Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at dnata catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across all airlines, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage offsite frozen goods storage and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Report any damaged or de-listed stock items and advise airline/customs accordingly.
- Coordinate stock deliveries and replenishment from Agility/Bulk Store and airlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation for customs audits and reports.
- Monitor date codes of applicable stock and report any issues.
- Plan and forecast equipment orders and levels to account for holiday periods.
- Assist with scheduled periodical airline audits and ensure all action points are followed up.
- Operate company-specific ERP system and ensure accurate data entry.
Requirements:
- Current Forklift License.
- Proven knowledge of logistics management and production processes.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Competent in documentation and records management.
- Clear National Police Check.
