Our Residential Youth Worker role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people.
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals who can act as role models and support colleagues in providing a safe and nurturing home environment.
This requires excellent communication and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to maintain professional boundaries and work therapeutically with young people who have complex needs.
To be successful in this role, you will require either:
• Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care), or
• A relevant tertiary qualification and a willingness to undertake top-up training to meet the qualification requirements of the Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention.
