Key Responsibilities- System Administration: Install and maintain applications software, keep pace with upgrade versions, and ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
- Network Management: Diagnose and repair LAN hardware devices, maintain bridges, gateways, modems, and routers, and monitor network performance.
- Data Security: Ensure the safety, security, and integrity of all hardware, software, and data.
- Budgeting: Prepare and maintain the annual budget for the Information Systems Department.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT Manager role.
- A degree-qualified in Information Systems or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with hotel computer systems and knowledge of workplace practices in Occupational Health and Safety.
