Cafe Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to head our cafe team.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong experience in customer service, combined with cafe background, to drive the team with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team with high standards of presentation, customer service focus, and warm friendly personality.
  • Direct multiple staff and drive a positive team culture.
  • Train and mentor staff to achieve excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years industry experience in food industry management.
  • Good organisation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent ability to lead by example and motivate staff.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Exemplary personal grooming.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Love of the industry.
  • Experience in administration and proficient computer skills for reporting.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability and desire to meet performance targets.
