We are on the hunt for Café Team Leaders for our established Middle Eastern Cafe in Murrumbeena. We are looking for coverage from: Monday to Thursday 11:30 to 19:30, Friday 12:30 to 20:30 & Sunday all day, roles can be Part time or Full-time

We are searching for operational leaders who love to work with people and food These are hands-on roles that involve all operational aspects of Cafe management including team leadership, supervision, food and beverage service. These roles play a huge part in the success of café which is the heart of our business,

- Mentoring and supervising café staff.
- Providing effective leadership and development
- Focus on staff culture, and recruitment
- Rostering, and training of new staff
- Serves as the lead customer service contact for members at the cafe, including answering questions, and welcoming members to our establishment

**What you need;**
- Proven leadership experience in a similar paced fast paced environment (cafe or restaurant service)
- An energetic outlook and be solutions focused
- A willingness to learn as much as to teach
- Excellent communication skills with a great command of the spoken and written English
