Trade Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Expert to join our team at Beaumont Tiles in Blackburn (Box Hill). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on tile and bathroom ware products
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met and sales targets are achieved
- Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, including receiving deliveries and maintaining store displays
- Provide expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders, ensuring they receive the best possible service
- Previous experience in a sales and service role, preferably in the tile and bathroom ware industry
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Administrative skills and technological savvy, with experience in using sales and customer relationship management software
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products, with a strong focus on safety and customer service
