**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Urgent Care Healthcare Provider to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide healthcare services to individuals, families, and groups in an urgent care setting. This will include conducting health assessments, prescribing and treating diseases and injuries, and performing procedures as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Masters Level Degree
  • A professional designation as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • A current state license to practice as an NP/PA
  • A DEA registration
  • A Department of Transportation certification
  • BLS and ACLS certifications

**Experience**

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a practicing provider in an urgent, immediate, or emergency care setting is required.
