Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience.

  • Greet all clients with a friendly demeanor
  • Transfer calls and take messages as necessary
  • Organize client bookings and process payments
  • Manage office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and furniture
  • Diary management of lessons across multiple locations
  • Ensure all lessons run on time and assist colleagues as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
