  • Take reservations and greet customers
  • Presentation of menus and drinks lists
  • Recommend dishes and wines to complement food
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Clear tables and return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen
  • Remove empty bottles and used glasses from tables
  • Collect payments and operate point of sales machines and cash registers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Australia an advantage
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of cuisine profile
  • Knowledge of European and Australian wines an advantage
