Job Overview:

Epsilon Retail Media is a global company seeking an experienced Senior SDET to join our engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the testing of our Epsilon Retail Media systems and provide leadership in design and implementation of test solutions.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years' experience in software testing and/or development with strong knowledge of Java and experience in writing code to create automated tests in various languages.
  • Experience in using source control tools, cloud-based infrastructure, deployment tools, and CI/CD tools is essential.
  • Able to mentor and train others on testing processes, including understanding of STLC (Software Test Life Cycle).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor Junior and Intermediate Test Engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
  • Provide technical leadership and vision for initiatives involved in.
  • Conduct and document proof of concepts on new testing practices and testing tools.
  • Analyse requirements for new or existing features to design and write test cases that demonstrate the feature is fit for purpose.
  • Maintain and refine the existing automation framework for faster release cycles with better coverage.
  • Perform intensive testing of all new and existing programs to ensure they are free of errors and function as intended.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in software testing and/or development.
  • Strong Experience with Java.
  • Experience in writing code to create automated tests in a variety of languages.
  • Understanding of STLC (Software Test Life Cycle).
  • Experience in using Playwright and API testing tools.
  • Experience in using source control tools.
  • Ability to mentor and train others on testing processes.
