Join Our Team as a Parts Sales Specialist

The Parts department at RDO Equipment Australia is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Sales Specialist. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in parts interpretation and sales support, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert sales and parts interpretation assistance to both retail clients and workshop staff.
  • Manage the preparation and ordering of parts efficiently.
  • Uphold outstanding merchandising standards to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct inventory management and stocktaking activities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in parts interpretation within a trade, retail, or comparable setting.
  • Exhibit maturity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.
  • Possess intermediate skills in MS Office and familiarity with parts interpretation software.

While knowledge of construction machinery is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
