This professional logistics service organisation offers a full range of vehicles and equipment rental solutions with a backing of over 30 years’ experience in fleet management. They hold a reputation on total commitment to customer service and is widely renowned as an industry leader in fleet management. This is no exception today, with the most advanced fleet management technologies and dedicated staff all working to provide the best service possible for customers; no matter how small or large your fleet.
Operating from Springavle, they are currently seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join their Team in a full-time capacity, on a temporary basis for 4 weeks, starting mid-June.
**Your new role**
The primary role of the Customer Solutions Consultant is to provide an exceptional customer experience each and every time providing professional, timely and efficient support to our customers and the broader business. Other responsibilities will include:
- Receive and handle inbound telephone calls nationally from customers, suppliers and all stakeholders.
- Direct enquiries to relevant team member i.e. place orders, enquire about products, service queries, obtain quotes and assist with all customer satisfaction related enquires.
- Log all customer related inbound calls in CRM.
- Monitor in CRM follow up of enquiry and escalate calls where required with relevant department managers or CS Team Leader.
- Raise service calls in BasePlan ensuring good data capture.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have proven experience in a similar receptionist, administration or customer service type role, ideally within the logistics industry.
Education and Qualifications: Minimum Year 12 or equivalent.
Experience: Customer service experience gained in an industrial/commercial environment (preferred).
Knowledge:
- CRM Systems knowledge & advanced phone systems.
- Knowledge of Australian geography.
**Skills**:
- The ability to provide an exceptional Customer experience, both internally and externally
- High quality customer focus, customer first
- High level of proficiency in MS Suite and understanding of software packages (Advanced Excel and Word)
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills
