Product Design Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Designer to collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to create tangible prototypes that will serve as the foundation for our development projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in user-centered design to drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing prototypes that demonstrate key features and functionalities of our products;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly;
  • Developing a deeper understanding of our users' needs through user journey maps, user stories, and personas;
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma;
  • Documenting design decisions, interactions, and user flows to ensure clear communication with the development team and seamless handoff of prototypes for implementation.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience);
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to create intuitive user interfaces;
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar;
  • Experience with rapid prototyping techniques and methodologies, including wireframing, mockups, and interactive prototypes;
  • A basic understanding of front-end development technologies and constraints is a plus;
  • High impact communication - you can clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations;
  • A willingness to challenge and question stakeholders to understand the problem and propose innovative solutions;
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric designs that solve complex problems;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
