The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced baker to join our team at our Campbell Town store. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day.

  • Produce a wide range of baked goods to meet customer demand and maintain our high standards of quality.
  • Work closely with other bakers and the production manager to ensure seamless production and efficient workflow.
  • Follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Be prepared to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, has a positive attitude, and is a team player. You will have experience producing quality baked goods, be reliable and organized, and have excellent communication skills.
