The Opportunity
  • As a Qualified/Experienced Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day.
  • You will work closely with other Bakers and the Production Manager to maintain Banjo's consistent, high-quality standards.
  • You will follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • You will be required to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • You will have a positive attitude and a passion for baking.
  • You will take pride in your work and have experience producing quality baked goods.
  • You will be reliable, organized, and a good communicator who can support other team members.
