The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at our Campbell Town store. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day. You will work closely with other Bakers and the Production Manager to maintain our consistent, high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and sweets
  • Work collaboratively with the Production Manager to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
  • Follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment
  • Be prepared to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
