Senior Pipe Maintenance Specialist

This role is ideal for a seasoned Tradesman with leadership experience in overseeing Pipe Welders and Pipe Fitters on various maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Obtain quotes from vendors for materials required for maintenance activities.
  2. Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  3. Monitor labor productivity, expenditure, and performance indicators.
  4. Coordinate site activities involving external contractors.
  5. Participate in meetings to share information and provide input on project matters.
  6. Lead and plan teams of Tradesmen and Technical Assistants.
  7. Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade background in Pipe Fitting or Pipe Welding.
  • Experience in pressure pipe fabrication and installation highly valued.
  • Leadership experience in construction environments.
  • Proven ability to manage construction projects effectively.
  • Valid full driver's license.
  • White Card certification.
  • High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform qualification.
  • Work Safely at Heights Certification.
  • Enter and Work in Confined Space Certification.
