Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Pharmacist to take on the role of Pharmacy Manager for a busy dispensary located in a vibrant shopping complex. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the successful performance, profitability, and continued growth of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a high-volume dispensary with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Lead a team of 22 permanent staff, including Pharmacists, Dispensary Technicians, and pharmacy assistants
- Develop, coach, and mentor the team to achieve excellence
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail in the dispensary
- Ensure the smooth running of the business by multi-skilling and delegating tasks effectively
- Share advice and information with the team and customers to ensure the best healthcare is always front of mind
- Registered AHPRA Pharmacist authorised to work in Australia
- Experience in managing a high-volume dispensary (handling 300+ scripts per day)
- Strong professional patient counselling skills
- Passion for networking and community involvement
- Driven by a commitment to excellent customer service
- Must have experience in vaccination services
- Very competitive hourly rate starting from $55 P/H + Super + Incentive Program paid quarterly
