About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our community pharmacy in Mandurah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing a team of pharmacists and dispensary technicians, and ensuring the pharmacy continues to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vaccination Services: Provide vaccination services to our patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of four pharmacists and three dispensary technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with the local community, promoting our pharmacy services and building trust with our patients.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in pharmacy management or a similar leadership role.
  • Community Engagement Skills: Strong community engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and promote our pharmacy services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Minfos computer system and ability to provide vaccination services.
