Job Title:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service while managing multiple stakeholder groups across the organization.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage a team of Salesforce administrators in an enterprise-scale environment.

We are seeking a candidate with at least 7 years of experience working with Salesforce, recent experience in a hands-on team management role using contemporary tools and DevOps processes.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certified Salesforce Admin ADM211 or at least ADM201.
  • Recent experience in a hands-on Team Management role in an enterprise-scale Salesforce-centric environment using contemporary tools and DevOps processes.
  • Strong experience in service delivery management.
  • Excellent stakeholder negotiation skills and the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks, across multiple stakeholder groups across the Salesforce Admin Team.
  • Demonstrable experience in administration and configuration of Salesforce Vlocity, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics and/or Health Cloud and in using GitLab for Salesforce deployments.
Desirable Skills:
  • ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.
