Establish a Leadership Role in Indigenous Affairs

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver the strategic agenda of our First Nations portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing reconciliation, promoting cultural safety, and enhancing inclusion within our organization and the broader community.

  • Foster respectful relationships with First Nations communities and leaders grounded in cultural understanding.
  • Demonstrate success in engaging senior stakeholders to embed transformative change aligned with First Nations aspirations and business objectives.
  • Lead inclusive, culturally safe processes and embed co-design, self-determination, and advocacy principles into program design.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, including experience in translating data analysis to a broad range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects with a focus on outcomes, accountability, and aligning with strategic priorities.

About this role:
