Lead Your Team to Success

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee and support our team in delivering exceptional support to clients, empowering them to build confidence, develop skills, and secure sustainable employment.

This role is about guiding your team to achieve outstanding results, driving performance, and making a lasting impact in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support a high-performing team, driving outcomes and fostering growth under the guidance of the Service Manager.
  • Develop your team's understanding of best practice when working with individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.
  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
  • Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet key performance indicators and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License - essential
